Well, if I get them around midnight-thirty or so, (I get off work at 11:30pm -go home let the dog out & go shopping...) cook for 6 hours, let cool, grill them in BBQ sauce for about 30-45 minutes...

My guess is "Breakfast"

Hummm... I wonder what beer will go well with "breakfast"?

So I guess I'll tell Toni - Food, Beverages, and the race.  I'll see if maybe we can do a raffle for a free trackday in October with the proceeds going to SPCA or something.  [thumbsup]
