3500 calories = 1 pound. An average bicycle ride with Desmostro and I burns roughly 2500-3000 calories per hour; average ride time 3 hours.

Looks like it might be time to get a bicycle, suffer weekly with us, then eat all the bread you want!

(edit: we do stop for  and  along the way, so I guess it's a wash. )
