Length from Stem / Lower Triple to Axle?

A long time ago I did a front end swap and I don't think I set the distance from the bottom of the stem / lower triple to the axle properly to maintain original monster turning characteristics (rake/trail). Can someone pretty please measure this so I can compare / reset it to original monster values? My monster has been a bit twitchy since the swap and I'd like to get it back to it's original steering characteristics.

The swap surely changed the sag numbers? That's much more important than a few mm of mounting difference.

In my hunt for a suitable geometry, the relation between front and rear has been high on my list - beaten maybe only by front/rear suspension harmony.

Which Monster are we looking to set up?

It's a Monster 800.

I never set sag as part of the swap (I know).

I'd like to see how far the fork tops are pushed through the triples. A "bit twitchy" may mean needing 10mm more front ride height as a starting point. Setting sag first as mentioned is important.

'06 S2R800 spec from the shop manual is 199mm of fork leg out the top of the lower triple
