I own some Ducati stock and have happily noticed that it has been going up in value lately ;D but didn't know why.   The article said the stock will be de-listed.  I'm not sure what that will do to my holdings.  I hope this is a good thing for the Co.  It has been shuffled around in the past few years.

They are/have been in the process of being acquired by "Performance Motorcycles SPA" a consortium of shareholders.  They recently completed a tender for shares @ 1.70 (EUR), bringing their holdings from 30% to 86% - you should get 1 share of the "new" company for every share you hold.  They will either IPO, or remain private after completion of swap/merger (likely to go public again at a leter date)

FYI, they reported some pretty stellar earnings today, and raised FY08 guidance!

I will try & update if I see anything new to give you more clarification, as well, if you want, PM me your email & I'll see if I can get a transcript of today's earnings call, should be available shortly...
