I liked it, but strangely I got hints of maple.

To tell the truth, I was at a holiday party earlier and we had an impromptu rum tasting. My friend Amy has a wide & deep selection of rum. Mostly gifts, but she has done quite a bit of work in the tiki realm. So by the time I taste today's whiskey, I've had a few. As far as I can say at this point, it is good. [shot]

Well, peak season is over. It went pretty well this year. The worst day was the Monday after Thanksgiving.

12/23: Waterford Argot Cuvee Single Malt Irish Whiskey. A pit on the peaty side, but not too bad.

That's the last one. All in all I can say I liked them all except for the peated one, but none of them made me say "wow!" They were good, but I couldn't really taste much difference between most of them except that the better ones were smoother. Next year I'll try Gin. [thumbsup]
