Hello ...

Being busy with work, doing things outside my scope just to keep customers happy and avoid confrontation and remimding them that they are the ones who have the shop, the manuals(should have) and the vehicle in front of them, than appart from guiding them, I am not here to validate their findings, that is what the manual is for and if they don't have it, they should procure it ... Seems that calling tech support for a tool system, at least for these customers, entails me holding hands from begining to end of the diag/repair process ...

As of today, have been called from A > Z ... I now, thank the customers from calling whatever, just to piss them off more.

I've stopped reading the news and have buried myself in books.

Been hitting the gym each morning before work. It's been helping.

I might apply for a supervisor position at work-I saw an opening that I'm pretty qualified for. Gotta bug the hiring manager.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
