I voted yes..... still like to see a 848 based one though, perfect blend of size and power there. Especially for street use.

I can't wait to see how many people buy these and then decide they need clip ons instead of handle bars.  Then decide that they need a full fairing.  Maybe I can sell kits.

There's just too much going on down there to be naked and still look good, I'd like to see them do a naked 1098 but they need to clean up the engine a bit more.

i like the comment that refers to all non fared, non "sport bike" ducati's as useless. even refers to the monster as useless.
i guess ducati didnt need the income from monster sales after all. wonder if they have my spare 10,500 to give back?

Ditching the bellypan and the exhaust vavle servo would be a start.

Using the standard sport bike shape for a naked looks really weird IMO...

The engine?  Absolutely!  The shape/body?  Not so much...


Also, I agree with the person that mentioned 848 too.
Speed is always relative.

I personally would like a regular 1098 for track use and the occational street ride.  I already have a naked beast that is more than enough for the street.
