Hello all!

My name is Christy, I just moved to the RTP area from DC.
I have 2 bikes, a 2006 gsxr 750, and a 02 998.

The next bike I really really want is a Hypermotard.

:)

Thanks!  Not too tall, I am afraid, on tippy toes with the HM.  But an inch lower will do just fine for me.   It is just giddy fun to ride.   ;D

Got some engagement pics done and asked him to throw in some on the bikes.  fun stuff!
gotta figure out how to put pics in these postings.

Thanks for the link to the womans area.  Very cool!

BTW congrats on the engagement! [beer]

I think I could do the HM if someone ran alongside with a stepstool. [cheeky]  (Although I haven't actually tried one yet.)

Thanks for the link.  Guess I need to get my stuff on Flicker.   ;)
Got to test ride another HM last weekend..  just hard to wipe the grin off my face.  Course I have to admit, it may be one of those greener grass things.  Soon as I get one bike I am lookin for another.  HM, then MV, then...
[laugh]  First time I tried to ride a HM, the test guy said I was too short.  I came back and convinced one of the others to let me have a go, tried to stand taller.  I am a little over 5'6, and I proved it can be done.

Hey! Its nice to see another chick riding in the Carolinas. If you're ever traveling westward in the state, lemme know and we can meet up. I'm in Charlotte.  [beer]

Well, my grandparents have a place in Charlotte, but if I ever was to show up there on my bike, I'd probably be disowned.
Funny story.  Before I bought my bike (or even had the idea to) I got a tattoo.  My grandparents found out, freaked out, said "Whats next!?!?!  Buy a MOTORCYCLE! and join a GANG!?!?!'  They didnt speak to me for a year.
I keep trying to find a gang to join.....   ;D  (but they still dont know about my bikes)
So on that note;
Maybe we could meet in the middle sometime.  :)

Sounds like a plan hon...

Your grandparents sound like my parents (except mine still talk to me).  [beer]

Took me more than a year to break it to my parents.  They turned out to be cool with it.
Mom thinks they are pretty, and dad..  well, he chooses not to say anything.

so do you know a good half way point?
