Well.....

Sold the Monster this weekend.  Really without ever even going for a ride with the Ducati Monster crew here.  I was suprised to see it go so quickly.  Advertised friday afternoon and it was gone sunday morning.  She was a trusty steed, but it was time to move on.  I'll probably go bikeless over the winter and see what I can figure out for next summer.  I'm moving close to work in a few weeks.   A motard bike may be right up my alley.

Now onto the "Happy."

Picked up a new   (to me anyway) GSX-R 600 track bike.  Wa-hoo.  Can't wait to get it out there.  She's gonna be a rocket compared to the old 750 Monster.

So, who's going to the Keigwins Oct 11-12 track weekend at Thunderhill?  If you're there, stop by saturday night for a "celebrate that I'm turning the big 30" beer.  Can't think of a better spot to celebrate a b-day than camping at the track.

I should at T-hill that weekend.

See you there.

Cool... We'll have to coordinate to hook up.  I think we'll be camping in a pop up tent trailer and riding both days.  We've got a black 600rr and a blue, white, yellow GSX-R.

I installed it about 10 mins before I posted that picture. It's the full titanium system not just the slip on. I'll tell you how I like it after my next trackday at T-Hill on Sept 1-2nd. I was lucky when I got this there are only 3 available in the US right now on major back order.

Schweet... I'll be on the look out.  We'll be camping in the getto-ist of pop up campers.  She's a trusty old Scamper.   We call her the scamp-nasty.

Once I put my bike back together (it's in the post purchase, take apart into a million pieces phase right now) I'll take some pics.

I'll probably be the guy missing shifts my fist session because I've never ridden a  GP shift bike before. Ha, ha, ha.  You can bet that there will be some tape on my tach with "down stupid" written on it.

Yeah.

I want one.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
