I kinda have gotten in trouble before for threadjacking, you know, and I don't think everyone likes to hear about how much I like to work out and call people names... , but if you really need to know, since it's raining and everything, I am doing lower body today and I've offered for you all to come and watch at golds in crowley.  I will put you to work though, I won't tolerate laziness.

Also, we say ya'll in KY too, but then I spent some time in many other states where they don't say it so much and I guess I lost a little of that hometown talk....every now and then it resurfaces, I'll work on it ya'll.
