My last suggestion before I'm done w/ this thread.

If we really want to do an everyday LSD shirt, why not just go ahead and apply for an official DOC.  We might as well make it an official club.  I'm sure there's a good amount of paperwork, but there isnt' really an active DOC in the area (AMS has the Texas Ducati DOC name, but it hasn't been active as far as I know) .  I'm sure we can get some swag

Back to the shirts though, focus on 1 then worrry about the 2nd.  Let's get the HC shirt going, it's 2 months away

The LSD DOC makes sense since it seems that we do the HC trip 2x a year and we meet up with Houston/SA/Austin folks  just my $0.02

Makes sense.  Toni mentioned to me the other day that we're organized (?!?!) enough to become an "official" DOC.  If we were interested, she would then not renew the old Texas Ducati Owners Club deal so we could fill the spot for this region.

There is paperwork involved and other odds and ends - crap like having a Prez, VP and Secretary.  WTH?  Not sure if anyone cares one way or the other about this and the whole DOC bit will probably need its own thread but if you go to the DNA website, there's a link buried down in there about starting a DOC and what benefits/swag is involved - it's not inconsequential as I recall.  I can investigate it more and talk with Toni about it seriously if that's the direction we want to go.

Personally, I'd be all for a lil' DOC of our very own... it's not like we never get together or organize a ride or two! [roll]

Oh, and I agree;  let's just focus on getting the Hill Country Ts ready - that'll be here before you know it.  Yeah!

It looks like Giannis has "camera-ready" artwork available for our swanky new Ts; can Jim and Will post or email your final designs whenever you get a chance?

I'm not at all sure what these t-shirts will cost per shirt.  Anyone have any clue as to what 30 - 35 shirts with different  four-color designs Front and Back will run?  How about 30 - 35 Ts with a four color design on front and a different one-color design on back?

The Hill Country ride is third weekend in October...

That's a reasonable price.  Think I paid that for a t-shirt recently off the web.  Thanks for the info  [thumbsup]

Called Sister-in-law today about shirts. I assume the Hill Country trip shirts will be red. And the LSD shirts in Black. If this is wrong let me know. She is going to get me a quote today.

Awesome!  Thanks for doing this  [thumbsup]

I checked with my drinking/running group, and one of them is in business now to do shirts, so I called him up and here's the scoop.

Based on Cher's recommendation -

For 30 shirts, it would be $8 each complete shirt, plus $100 dollars for the screens, so $11.33 each shirt if you factor in the screens.  He said it's a good quality shirt, but we can feel of it beforehand to make sure we like it. Hanes tagless shirts are another $1.00 each.

He needs 2-3 weeks to do the work.

He uses Corel Draw and needs color separated vector line art.  If we can't do that, it will cost extra ($20-75).  He, or a friend of ours can do that if needed.

He is in Mansfield.
