We learned the cat cow at our birth class. Apparently it's good for pain relief and dislodging the kid from your pelvis if he's breech.

... and here I was thinking that NW section of the DMF was really boring today.  ;D

While I'm sure my mother would appreciate this (she's working on her degree in Nursing), this is a bit of information that I (as a guy) never had any desire to know.

Though on the off change I ever get married, and she ends up carrying a kid who's in there breech, I'll try to remember this little pointer.  [cheeky]

You may want your significant other to "practice" the Cat/Cow while your, well, watching her from behind.  :)

Trust me Dan, that bit of info is the tamest bit compared to what you COULD be hearing. That's nothing. Ask Mo, he's learned a lot.

Except... I'm not a Republican.  ;)  Technically, I'm registered as "no party affiliation" (as I was for the two years I lived in Iowa, as well).  I'm one of those unusual right-leaning independents who embraces conservatism, but refuses to "tow the party line".

well that's just lazy conservatism now isn't it

;)

I know.  I just felt the need to make a smart-alecky remark.   ;)

I prefer to think of it as "non-angry" or laid-back conservatism.  [thumbsup]  Besides, there are some really stupid things the party-line Repubs have done (granted, I think there are a lot more really stupid things the Dems have done, but that's a discussion for somewhere other than this board).  Won't get into the details of which policies I do or don't agree with, we'll just say I prefer to think for myself.  As Gen. Patton used to say: "If everybody is thinking alike, somebody isn't thinking."
