Authorities say they have busted a motorcycle chop shop that may include parts connected to cases in Fort Worth, Arlington and Plano.

Motorcycle chop shop raided Investigators tracked two stolen motorcycles to a home in the 7200 block of George Finger Road in Arlington on Tuesday, said Arlington police Detective Jesse Minton, who also serves the Tarrant Regional Auto Crimes Task Force spokesman.

Investigators returned to the home this morning and found stolen parts from at least 30 motorcycles, Detective Minton said. The Yamaha and Suzuki parts are believed to be worth thousands of dollars.

Van Su Tran, 32, was arrested on accusations of theft and taken to Arlington jail. Det. Minton said officials were also interested in speaking with three persons of interest.

Police say the chop shop may have been in operation for about a month.

+1 on the death penalty

I think for child molesters and motorcycle thieves there should be some kind of "OK" given for torture.

Well...  here's to hoping!!!    [drink]

i have a friend kenny who called and told me what was going on because he lives like 6 houses down from this arse munchn p.o.s. he said there was parts everywhere it looked like a swap meet. i didn't know they had the story online yet though. i am more of a public torture guy so the death penalty seems way to easy to me. we should broadcast in hd so those who are doing or thinking about it can see what they are in for.

I'm all for dropping them in the middle of KOFA N.W.R.  each Monday, 7:00AM, ...with a Nalgene bottle of saltwater.
It's a really pretty place.
Looks like "Land of the Lost" (minus the sleestacks, 'natch)
-and would make big money for that state (Az) if they sold hunting tags for $50 a day in-state/out-of-state!

I bet I could get a cool "Mad Max" rig built!

F*** the HC trip!!! -We're going to mow down motorcycle thieves in the desert for a week!
(sounds cool to me -Whatcha' think?)
