Got to love great beers!!   [beer]

We had meat, beer, cigars, and some sweet cab that was not meant to be consumed with sausage.  Overall I'd say it was all right.

Sounds like you had a great time. I'm no wine snob. I'll have a cabernet with just about anything.  [wine] [cheeky]
No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

said cab does NOT pair well w/anything.

it goes well w/meat. of the plain S&P variety.

the fennel and anise of italian sausage killls it.

but anyway. it's best w/a rare steak. no more, no less.

well, less is ok. I can drink it by itself on the daily, given that level of disposable income

Sounds like I could learn much from you about said reds.

I dunno....

You have, without question, a much better ability to remember what you drank and why you liked it.  I tend to use such important phrases as "That label looks familar.  I think I liked it....."  [laugh]
