There are a pretty good amount here in Boston as well. I used to get all excited when I saw another Duc in my area, but I've come to realize there are a lot of us around here!! Not that that's a bad thing..

I've seen 1 hypermotard parked outside Hastings (book/movie store) one day....never could find the owner. I hear word there is some kid who just bought a 848 around here (and promptly had it kicked over in a bar parking lot...sorry dude). There is also a S2R, but the guy who bought it is a total douchebag...and looked at me like I was crazy when tried to talk to him.

What he said.  Just on my short block, there are two other monsters in addition the fact that we own a place with another monster owner.  I've never even met the other two Ducatisti on the block.

From my visits to SF I can attest that they love motorcycles.  Not just italian bikes, ALL kinds of bikes there.

I'm in Minneapolis...lots of Ducatis here. It's common to see two or three daily. Two local Duc dealers.

The DC area has a disproportionately high amount of Ducatis. It's kind of sad because they don't feel as exotic to me anymore. It's also fun though because it makes for a great local Ducati chapter. I'd like to send a shout-out to CAM, woot, woot!

Lots of motorcycles of all flavors here in the highlands of Northern Arizona, enough that our daughter's Jr. High math teacher wheeled his GSXR literbike into her class and made it into math problems & nobody batted an eye. Of course, four out of every five of those bikes is a Harley. Still, enough Ducatis in residence and passing through that I see another one every week or so. And one of our locals & his wife own about half of one percent of the entire Cagiva Gran Canyon population in the states (two), along with two very slick Monsters.

And a friend down in Skull Valley just picked up a Hyper, but an almost immediate felony speeding charge has him wondering if it's the bike for him...

I live in Lubbock, Tx.  There is a dealership in Dallas 5 1/2 hours away.  There is a Dealership in Oklahoma City 5 1/2 hours away.   I have never seen a Ducati in Lubbock (well not on the street anyway.)

I think you should move to a place where there are more Monsters. Maybe Chicago?

Oh, Even though the nearest dealer is 2 hours away from where I live, there are a few monsters here on the North coast, and a few more inland, as well as some other Ducati's that are around.
I know of an 848, a 749, a Bayliss, a Paul Smart, and a GT1000, a couple of Super Sports and an old kickstart 750.

Quite a few Ducatis' of all flavors here in the Denver Metro. Was out and about on Saturday and spotted 2 Monsters, at least 5 Sbk's and a Hyper.

Big Bear where in Gauteng do you live, I used to live in Four Ways. I believe the Joburg traffic is a PITA these days.

In Pittsburgh you see em here and there, I seen a Multistrada this morning, there is a dealer about 20mi away.

It's well known that the number of Ducatis in a particular area is inversely proportional to the popularity of NASCAR and pro wrestling in that area.    

On a serious note, there are quite a few Ducs in the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill).
