Decision, duno yet.
Thoughts,  well i'd like more pickup from takeoff or from the lower end of the rev range in each gear (more power ), really don't care about top end we can't use it on the streets anyway.
buy the time we add & change things on our little 800s we are prob better off putting that money towards a S2R1000 but i'm also a tight a$$.

Are there many regular AMCN readers around here? I thought there would have been a mention of the 696 review in the current issue. it got a good write up, and they also mention a new Monster 1100 (air cooled) is on the cards for the end of the year.

Yeah, I'm a regular reader but have not picked that copy up yet. Will do tomorrow.

On another note, drove down to Sussex Inlet today where my parents live on the South Coast of NSW. Had to pick my Dad up to take him to Royal Prince Alfred hospital in Newtown for a knee replacement. I hadn't seen him for about a month and he could hardly walk. Hope a new knee will fix him up. 

On the way down the coast, when going through Berry, saw a heap of vintage bikes there, mostly Ariel's and Triumphs, there was a red/white monster in the middle of them parked on the side of the road. Was maybe thinking it was Rob's. 

On the way back, saw 2 S4RT's and they were flllllyyyyyyiiiinnnngggg. [moto]
