Could very well be... Best part is there were always Macs on Seinfeld....

I knew Seinfeld was whoring out to Microsoft but can't say I expected the commercials to be quite like this.... 

I saw that too. Out of the entire commercial, the only thing that caught my eye was a parked Ducati ST in the background.

The dead giveaways are the port side hard bag & left indicator light, dss, and low stock cans.

I noticed it right away. Judging by the rear wheel, I think we can safely rule out ST4s or ST3s. Could be an old ST4 or ST2.
