Ya know, as long as they have the DOT/ SNELL there's no proof that an expensive helmet is any safer than a cheap one. You're mostly paying for comfort and name brand.  I don't ride w/ my girl that often so I figured she didn't need the most comfortable helmet.

I have the Icon Mainframe in rubatone black. Matches the dark.

oh i know... but it 'had' to look good too  .... lol. i admit the graphics are nice but i would never pay extra (if it was for me that is)
