With the previously scheduled AMS gathering, It has become obvious that I would have cooked 10 lbs of burgers just for us. We would love to have a gathering over here, and I will try to pick a better date. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Wow bro', extremely generous offer!! I have a non DMF friend who wants to watch the race at my house for some weird reason. I have tried to get him to go to AMS/Dallas for the watch party and he said no. What the hell is up with that? He's been with me before and liked it. He's a great friend but his wife just got diagnosed with breast cancer so I can see where all the weirdness may be coming from. Really tough times for them. He's been my friend for forty+ years so I'll do what he wants as his friend. But a damn good offer on your part. I really appreciate it even if I can't go. You and Catie rock!!

By the way, I again really enjoyed Catie stepping up and going with us Sunday. She's a great gal and did a very nice job riding the bike with the group. I was impressed and proud to have her join us. I never saw her do anything that made me worry or think twice... ever! At times I felt we kinda dissed you two by running off at high speed but that can sometimes be the nature of our rides. Fast folks go but always wait for the non fast. I have been the non fast more than fast so I always appreciate that. Whatever, Catie you did an outstanding job. You should be proud of yourself. I can't imagine what I rode like on my first street bike with less than 1,000 miles under my belt. I know for a fact it wasn't as well as you did on Sunday's ride! Look forward to having you join us many times in the future!

Again, great offer folks but I suppose you are right, you would be competing with AMS/Dallas for bodies. There are some races left in both World SBK and MotoGP if you and Catie get a wild hair to try it again. Really nice of you guys!! If you ever want to do it again I'll damn sure make the trip!! Have beer coolers, will travel. Please note catchy Paladin tv show reference!

Yeah Zack, thanks for the offer. Your garage sounds like the perfect setup for a watch party, especially now that the weather is starting to cool off a bit.

This was the right thing to do, But try and have it on the next race or so.  Everyone loves to make an excuse to watch a race!
