crispy slice of bacon makes for a SHITKICKER garnish.  crispy, salty pairs well w/vodka martini

I strained through a cheesecloth, and most of the fat was captured.  Most cloudiness probably comes from shaking.

not to mention discoloration due to the dash of hot sauce...
