All Ducati fans (or anyone who knows one) are invited to the annual harvest celebration in Taos on September 30th for Feast Day at Pam's mom's house around 6:00 P.M.
Look for a house on the right hand side of the Taos Ski Valley road at the two mile marker.
Pam will be there Friday through Tuesday and if anyone is interested in camping there she can
provide camping spots, firewood and make it your base for great rides.
Pueblo activities begin at sunrise on Tuesday morning starting with the foot race, continuing with a trade fair and an annual tribal celebration.
Hope to see you there [moto]
Pam will be happy to carry any gear for the folks planning an extended stay.

I'm in!!  When are you going up Zaster?
If you love your bike, set it free.
If it comes back to you, you've
probably high-sided.

Count Desmo

I know we said that we would make it, but work will prevent it.  I will be out of town on those dates, so we are officially out.

Hope you all have fun! [thumbsup]

I'll be there along with a friend.  I must work the night before.  So, sleep in the AM, will be there in the afternoon.   [moto]

I was going to take off Monday and Tuesday but found out that our annual
audit week starts that Monday... so much for that idea

I know I'll probably be able to find it by all the ducks  . . .  er Ducs lined up outside, but is there a number, a mailbox, house color, is it the only one there, or some other way to identify the house?  I'd hate to be wandering aimlessly up and down the road looking for a handout.   ;D

I am not sure if you will see any Duc's.  I think Dusty and I are caging it at this point.  Per the original instructions, I plan to go up to the nearest house on the right side of the road near Mile Marker 2 and demand to be fed.   ;D ;D ;D  Hopefully Pam will be in the vicinity.  Our plans are still carved in jello so no ETA or nuttin!  Just going up in search of a good time.  See ya there!

Pam and her family will be there to enjoy your company at the location you specified.
In case you have problems finding it you can always reach Pam on her cell phone (Dusty has the #). [popcorn] [drink]

That's GREAT.  All I'll have to do is find Dusty then.  I don't have her number either!   [laugh]  I'll just follow the smell of good cooking.

I'm glad to hear that Dusty, Bonfy and Kawboy aka Fast Freddie made it to the festivities.
Just hate it when work interferes with having a good time with  family and fellow riders.
I'm taking Friday and the weekend off in protest and foremost for riding opportunities.

And a big thank you to Pam for being such an excellent hostess!  We had an excellent time roaming around the area munching on the goodies she had prepared for us.  I am still full from the pies and cookies.  Yummmmm!  Can't wait to try the Tequila Lime BBQ sauce.   [cheeky]

+1  First time on the Taos pueblo for me.  Beautiful place.  Nice people.  Wonderful food.  It was also a joy to meet some of Pam's family.  Thank you once again.  Kingbaby and I are enjoying the yummy treats as well.   [clap]  [clap]

Kawboy

Pam, Thankyou for inviting us to your mothers place.  A lot of people there and even more good food.  Marge and I enjoyed talking with many who were there.  Next year we'll have to try and get to the Pueblo to see all the activities there.  Thanks again.

L'Scott,
This event takes place on Friday September 30th at the Taos Pueblo starting with the historical foot races in the morning and the pole
climb in the afternoon, culminated by a Pueblo feast at Pam's moms house from 6 to 10 P.M.
Just wanted to check if you are willing to accommodate NM hooligans for an extended weekend and show them
some beautiful high country riding.
