I've seen K&N pod filters on Carbed Monsters but nobody seems to know what the part number for these are.  Can anybody help me with this?  I want to change to pods so that I can reroute electrics to the middle of the bike.  Not concerned about the water issue, it'll be replacing an open box.  Also, does anybody make a custom battery box with mounts for coils?  I'd rather not chop up the stock part, as I might want it again some day, and I lack a welder to make my own.

as for the battery box, I like that, I may well try it after I've done this valve adjustment and throttle body sync.  When done, I'll post up a pic or two.

also of note however, is that the filters listed are angled and designed for a setup where both carbs aren't aiming in the same direction at the top.  The monster's aim in the same direction.  But at least it landed me the needed data

flange inner diameter 62mm, outer base 95mm.  I just need to verify that this outter base will work if these are right next to each other.
