The frame is straight, but I needed a new triple clamp (18mm off )
Jef had one in stock & put it on yesterday afternoon
I think he also straightened out the steering stop as well. He offered to bring it to Dallas this morning, so I'll pick it up here in a bit.
Can't wait to get it back together!

We saw GeorgeInDallas at Motopia. One of these days I gotta make it out to Barber...

Started stripping the bike down Saturday, then got some more done Sunday morning before the races. Svoloch came over after & helped with more part removal
I've got new bars with needle bearings for the throttle coming from Dan Kyle, Renthal grips & Dragon Super Corsas coming from Motopia, & new stock rearsets, pegs & Pazzo levers coming from another 1098 rider. The exhaust is off, ready for the full Termis- air filter & ECU already swapped. A small weld on the fairing stay & I'll be good to go [moto]
