Eeeeecch. Reminds me of that show on BBC America where these two women go into people's homes to help tidy them up. Some of them almost reach these levels of [puke]. And seriously, that's a lot of cigarettes.

I can't help but think that Oral-B box got kicked in there accidentally.  Like it stuck to her shoe when she stopped at the Whataburger bathroom.
