Give 'em a call.  You never know - I sold an ATV insanely cheap one time due to divorce.

rosstermyer

sweet deal, but im a little skeptical seeing as how the location stated is Indy, IN.

the plates on the bike look more like AZ, and the scenery hints that as well.

be careful with that one! [moto]

Make sure and check if they give you a bridge along with the bike.  ;D

maybe that's the catch. the 6k service with the flaking rockers. you guys have talked about them before and how expensive that would be.

maybe the guy is avoiding the hit.

That was the only thing I could think that would make this reasonable...If he hasn't done the service, new tires, ect...add 2k to the price and you're looking at is close to all the others like it on cycle trader....My buddy was looking at it and called last night...I'll see if he got any good info....

The same guy posted an 06 749s for sale in SC for 7K.  Seeing as the city he used was only 40 miles away from Charlotte, I figured I'd check it out.  I contacted him and got the same response.  BBW.

Wow! What a dummy! He can't even spell 'from'.
Tell him you really want the bike and are driving up to Indy to see it this weekend. Ask him to have a friend show it to you.  String him along until he gives.
Of course, he will probably just ignore your request, and try and find another victim.

Ask him if hes in Naples or Sicily,

There are no Navy bases in Rome.
