NAKID

I have taken 2 tests so far, 94 on the first, 96 on the second today. No multiple choice like other Navy tests. These are fill in the blank and short essay questions. Passing is 80 or above.

First test was all math, radioactive decay, point and line source equations, radioactive shielding, things like that. This test was mainly the effects of radiation on the body. Next test is Monday and is over radiation detectors and their associated testing equipment....

Got Duc

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

Trenchdigger

Yup, still going.

Don't know how long I will stay, but I will definitely do the walk-through.

I was there!!  :D  It seemed rather tame, for an Octoberfest, but I chalk that up to the weather.  Mostly, I spent my time hanging out at the Nedoc booth with Oz.  Good to see you there, with your little Duc rider!

It was good seeing the three "display bikes:" Desmosedici RR, RSD Hyper, and PPIHC Hyper.  There's a lot more detail on the RSD hyper than you can see in the pictures.  Slick.
