i think that design thogh like someone says it looks like the aprilia is a nice design.

i know, then just get an aprilia, but it won't have the dry clutch or the desmo, which makes it a ducati.  so if that concept design becomes reality i think it would be great.  looks  a lot like a bimota.

That will blow the KTM 690's look.i like it!

I would LOVE to see a version of this rumored "hyperfighter" with the 848 engine.  I think that would be perfect for me, I'm used to a desmodue and hear the 1098 motor is extremely powerful.  The 848 though in a fairly upright naked would probably make me get out the checkbook.

Probably wouldn't come until after the first year though to see how people respond to the "hyper".  That seems to be their usual pattern of releasing a new line of bikes.  But if they're truly getting rid of the 4V monsters, I can't imagine there will only be a 4V naked with the 1098 motor for long.  An 848 naked could compete with a lot of other bikes on the market.  In fact I bet it would steal a lot of sales from both the Street and Speed Triple.

To me it looks a lot like Kawasaki z750 with lots of bits from the japanese ninja styling with sharp lines etc.

is it just me, or was the first thing that jumped out the weird lens flares at the bottom of each rim?

not sure about this design...i think it does make me like the new monster family look much more appealing by comparison, though

AMEN.  Ducati, make this bike with an 848 engine and it's my next purchase.

why is it that particular phrase is allways the left one?   I've never heard anyone offer up their right nut for anything.  Is the right side worth more, so it would have to be a really really cool bike to give it?

drop the bars to clipons below the top triple, put some rearsets on it, rework the bikini fairing, call it the next supersport, and maybe we can start discussing testicular trading.

most people are right handed so when you reach to scratch, you don't way to feel empty space.

look at Lance Armstrong, he lost the right one and then used his anger and frustration to propel himself to 7 victories.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I was thinking this as well, but didn't want to offend.  I would drop my Z1000 for this Hyperfighter if it comes alive.
