Who's got one?  Pics or links to any options appreciated - CF or plastic.  Cheers.

Hmmmm....I'd love to see how these chin fairings stand up to the cherry red header when you are warming up the 696.

Good point, gearhead.  Wondering if I'm better off with CF.  I would love to have one in pearl white though.  Any others?

Have a carbon unit painted.

If there is an airspace between the header and the belly the carbon will do a great job of insulating.

yeah i was thinking abou that in white also. but honestly the more i look at it on the bike (on the website you can see more shots) the more i dont like the idea of a chin fairing. too much bodywork. my wife and i had talked about finding a 748 before i bought the 696 but she and i both agreed bodywork is too much. we love the naked look (take that how you will).

Has anybody found a painted version in CF or plastic?

on one of the posts on here, look for the CF tank panels. the company (out of England) might also do a chin spoiler.

nevermind, found them and they don't

i really don't think you'll have an issue with the panel being plastic. it's not sitting on the pipe.

Ducpainter, how much would you charge to paint the Barracuda piece Pearl White?

Saltwater*Cowgirl

Ducpainter?  How ingenius....yes, what would you charge?
