I think the quote of the century was, "there is no bad bacon, only good bacon, and great bacon".

Oh, and IZ, there was absolutely no mention of turkey bacon.  I guess it's not considered bacon.

No mention of the turkey goods because the Today Show would have to devote an entire week to the crspy goodness of Turkey bacon and all of it's healthy benefits.     

I thought you guys would like this.  I took a couple of pix as I was cooking some bacon at work.  This box has about 20 lbs. of bacon in it.. and we use about 3 times that a week....enjoy
