help!!!!

we need 4 additional volunteers to help out at LDD2008 this sunday.

the booth we need the additional help in is::
riders for health auction item booth/LDD2008 event tee shirt booth

we will most likely have these two groups together in one booth space, and will need 2 volunteers to work the booth from 10am until 3pm (one for the morning shift and one for the afternoon shift). we will have someone to sit in for these volunteers when they need a bio-break.

staff tee shirts for the volunteers, plus a feeling of overall goodness and warmth for helping out a worthy charitable cause that supports motorcycling.

no special knowledge ... your winning personality is the important portion.

the booth duty is managing the auction bid sheets for the riders for health auction items, and managing the event tee shirts.  counting and giving change for cash purchases of tee shirts, and the auction items after the auction closes @ 3pm.  all the riders auction items will be tagged and have a bid sheet, so it is simply helping folks to locate the correct bid sheet to place their bids on.

the shift we still need help with is the 12:30 - 3:30 shift.  can you help us out?
