I live close to Charlotte, but I do most of my riding in the mountains. Typically, I ride north of Asheville, around the BRP and some of the roads leading up/down there.

I live in Waynesville & ride pretty much year-round.  Did your 696 come from Myer's?  They've got all their 2008 Ducati Corse appearal for 25% off at the moment.

I do a lot of riding in the general vicinity, some of my rides hit TN & GA also.  There are some really great roads around here.  Lemme know if i can be of assistance.  I do all my services on my bike.  It's a bright yellow '99 M750 with 30,000 miles ~

Yeah, I got mine at Myer's. I also got my wife the women's corse jacket there.
