I want to relocate my MTS battery under the tank or in the tool compartment, but I was told that I will need a power comander or else it will run like shit.If I go with the power commander can I set it up without a dynamometer?

You want to relocate the battery on your MultiStrada?

Not really sure I understand your questions.

Im converting to a hyperstrada. The battery of the mts hangs on the leftside under the tank.I want to hide it under the tank.

Moving the battery has nothing to do with needing a Power Commander.

A Power Commander is an aftermarket electronic device for altering air/fuel mixture on fuel injected bikes.

I forgot to mention to put it under the tank the air box have to go,so by using pods  the throttle bodys will alter the air fuel mixture. So now I'm thinking if I hide the battery in the tool compartment I will not need to alter air fuel mix.
