I like the bikes, but what is up with the lady working on the bike, or is she an apprentice, and even if she is an apprentice why isn't she wearing a mechanic's uniform.
Another angle is that she must be upper management daughter.  What gives, can anyone provide some insight?

He's right - there are more women on the factory line than men - from memory, the engine assembly area is almost exclusively female workers - at least thats how it was 2 years ago  - there are more men in the areas of manufacture that involve lifting heavy items and assemblies.

I remember reading an article mentioning it was because they generally  have smaller, more dexterous hands that are better adapted to putting together an engine in its own confined space.
