I saw it last week and ordered a copy, what's it like?

I haven't really thumbed through it yet, but it's on par w/ the AMA Ride America book.

Just called contact person at IMS.

Me: "Well Mel, how's my situation shaping up?  Do I have good news from you?"

Mel (legal dept IMS): "Hey man, how's your trip?  BTW, will Allstate pay for the repairs on your bike?"

Me: "Yeah they'll pay for everything except my $1,000 deductible."

Mel: "Can you send me documents saying that they will?"

Me: "Why?"

Mel: "So I can have everything and we can figure out what to do."

Me: "You mean two weeks after we talked you still haven't decided what to do?  And how does it affect you what Allstate does?  My bike's been at the dealer for three weeks now and the dealer has been kind enough not to charge me for storage and you want more documents? You know, after I jump through more hoops for you do I have any indication that IMS will cover my deductable?  I've given up trying to get you guys to pay for the whole thing.  I'm just asking for the deductable."

Mel: "Just send me the documents and we'll go from there." 

At this point, I smell sh!T, make that Bsh!t.
