I low sided - in the middle of Big Bend - I was moving at a pretty good speed so I rolled for a while - long enough to think about a lot of stuff, like - dammit!  I think I just f'ed up my bike...........am I still rolling........really........still.......ok, I just hit my head.........wow.........

no worries though - I was able to ride the bike off the track - just broke the shift lever (considering ordering those in bulk now), and added some character marks to the bike, jacket, and the rest of my gear.  +1 to having excellent gear! I rode two more sessions after that with no problems!

yeah, I am little sore today - but nothing to write home about!

Motopia has the ASV levers.  They are "unbreakable" in that they hinge out if they hit.  If you do break them, ASV will replace them for free.  I have the shorties on my bike, and they are sh1t hot...
