you can eat quite a bit of bacon if you run a 5K daily and do a bunch of pull ups, push ups, and crunches.

and I've done pretty well while still drinking like a fish.


I think the alcohol has to go for the final push to great abs though for spring.

If I pull it off to hell with sailing with no shirt...I'm going to cut an old suit so it has a window for my abs and go to court.
It's still buy a flounder a drink month

I've been basically the same weight since I got out of high school.

I just changed some medication and all of a sudden exploded.
