Well...  I don´t know 100% 
I´ve been checking the website and only says they are Aluminium 7075 T6 (Ergal) so, I think they are powdercoated  or not

the hell would you buy aluminum bolts to replace your bolts? SS!!!!!!!

They are anodized.

All fasteners on my S4R are either aluminium or titanium, saved about 2.5kg, thats why I did it.
