I'm wondering how those size 58 Dainese's would look on top of that shit hot '07 1098s?? Oh, ok I'll take up the payments.

I'd have to check on my points too. I'll have to do some sweet talking I'm sure. Andi is becoming a Ducati widow. I keep telling her she needs to get one.

That loop would be about a 6 hour loop. Nice roads though. I'd love to do 82 early in the day at about 120.
6 hour loop, wow that may be a bit much.  Maybe the Sat. thing can merge the Easties and the Westies can do a South ride. What roads were on the Lindy carb ride? I have to work Sat anyway.

If westies want the 6 hour Sun, I'll go though. [thumbsup]

Actually the route Jim had planned out was a damn good ride.  [thumbsup] Maybe we could get him to send us that link again of the roads. I'm pretty sure of what they were but just the same....

Or, I do know that if we go from the SB's near Grapevine Mills Mall and head up north the roads going up to Tioga and around Lake Ray Roberts would be fun. LRR is only an hour away. The state park should have good roads for cruising but not for ripping. Keep in mind the Meuenster run route to Decatur and back. That was ok.

I'd say meet at 8am somewhere and go!  [moto]

I'll know by tomorrow if I got kitchen points for Saturdays ride and SUnday's too but it would be best if we merge the rides into one.  How about Saturday?

cdc

Great Idea! Just do both! I would but I'm working Sunday.

Make sure you hit Clark's Outpost BBQ in Tioga. Awesome, just awesome. There is a reason why every car and bike club stops there on club runs! [thumbsup] [moto]

The roads you speak of are 373 out of Muenster, it dead ends into 922, west on 922 to Forestburg, take 455 at Forestburg past White Cat's "scene" then right on 730 to Decatur. Sweeper city!

Alright, I'm highjacking my own thread ;D  The SB @ White Settlement Rd. just N. of I30 exit 5, west side of 820.  Red, Jim, Jester... any route ideas are welcome, keep in mind the good twisty with the bridge out (hwy 4?).  Yet onother Sun with great weather, hope hope.

The south from the Brazos River crossing to Stephenville-Dublin-Hico-Granbury-FW is a good one. Takes about 4 hours. Even get to go to the Original Dr. Pepper plant!

I sure hope they were not the first to get a hug when you got home, or you fo-sho ain't going on this ride...buddy.

Jester

Its actually not 6 hours, more like 4-4.5 with lunch.  Bonham is maybe 1.25-1.5 hours from downtown dallas.  A little more time with the other riding tossed in.

Saturday is definately out for me.  Still dunno about Sunday yet.  Will know tonight.  If you guys got other routes to plan, go for it.

I'll give a definite answer later this afternoon or tomorrow but I'm pretty sure I'll be there a little after 7 Sun morn.

cdc

Who all is going and do we have a route figured out?

cdc

The route Red put out looks good on the map Stephenville - Dublin - Hico - Granbury - FW starting wherever the South Brazos River crossing is, that part I don't know yet.

Ready to ride though (and meet tonight in FW with Lisa...) [thumbsup] [moto]
