Bryant's right, I need to add more detail for the folks that weren't around for the last event. I'll be a bit brief due to PITA iPhone.

Exotic Car Night has been around a few years and is put on by Ferrarchat.com. You can check over there in the Texas section for the car piece of the event.

Earlier this year I proposed bringing the Ducs and Ferraris together for the event and they were pretty positive about it. Most of the car attendees are real motorheads and a lot of fun. Not so much the gold chain stereotypes.

Last year the Monster group met beforehand and did a little Dallas area cruise before rumbling into the parking lot at Rembrandts together. We made quite an entrance!

Ah...Rob's involved with this! I used to race cars with Rob so I do know him. Should've figured if the Ferrari's were involved, he'd be somewhere in the picture. If this will be a social thing  [wine], there's little chance I'd be riding the Duc...

I assume you mean Rob Lay? What did you race with him? We have a Spec Rx7 race team but he races other stuff now.

Yup. Spec 7 back in 01-03. Small world.  Donato and Mark  were trying to get me back into Spec 7...then I thought I'd have a little more fun and start all over again, hence the bikes. the lean angle thing was always fascinating to me.  Greg bought my car (Light blue with white stripe - used to be #8)

OK, OK, I was being lazy.  Busted.  For anyone else who is as lazy as me, and for whom "within a mile of AMS" is a little too vague, the address for Cafe Rembrandt is 703 McKinney Avenue, Dallas, TX.  It's in the NE intersection of I-35 & Woodall Rogers at the westmost end of McKinney Ave (the one downtown).

I shall be awaiting further details with baited breath...  [coffee]  BTW, does anyone know the cure for baited breath?

Pura vida!

Just saw this. It's right next to Newports seafood restaurant. It used to be a mexican food place that had been there for years... the name fails me right now. The courthouse crowd ate there all the time and my brother's step son had his rehearsal dinner there. Damn, can't remember the name... anyway, it's next to Newports if that's a clue.

Ok, holy smoke, do we have to pay a cover charge and bring dollar bills to this or not? Is there a drink minimum you have to buy? Are these girl-types going to be there again? Slag, you're going to block Aero from this thread I can see right now.
