Found this on ebay

it looks neat as make the beast with two backs. Protects the discs and serves as a good platform to do my tire changing on. Although its kinda expensive. Wondering if anyone found something like it for cheaper.

Dang, that is neat.  I know harbor freight carries some but they are not nearly as neat.

It looks like it would tear the shit outta your rims unless you put some plastic on the bead breaker itself and on the surface upon which the wheel sits.

Good point.... But that can always be fixed with some duct tape.

Nice looking device there. IMO though, a bit pricey and worse than that is the footprint...would take up a lot of floor space in the shop or garage...guess you would want to hang it on the wall till ya needed it.

I have used a tool called Pro-Lever for years. Disassembled, it fits in a 4" x 4" 12" cardboard box on a shelf. It takes a bit of muscle to use but it has never failed me. Sorry to say, i checked the web and it appears that they are no longer made...

I've been using this one from JC whitney. Works well.
