I have a new pony in the stable........long drive to KC and back in one day.  Does driving over 1,000 in a day count as an Iron Butt event?  Let me tell you I have NO desire to do it on a bike under 24 hours after yesterday.

The bike is now in it's rightful home and I need your help.  The previous owner put some clip-on handle bars and removed the stockers which I'd like to change BUT I have never wrenched on a Duc.  If you have the heart and time would you be willing to help?  I will buy beer, food or any type of cigar/cigs you need to bribe you.....any takers?  [moto]

The bike will be for the girlfriend and me too of course and maybe, just maybe a track bike.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.  I'm in no rush to do it today or this weekend.  Want to ride it a bit and maybe bring it to Hard 8 Sunday for some "critique."

BTW, if you want the option of tracking the bike, clip ons are a good thing to have.  Mine make the bike feel much better and are not uncomfortable.  See you at the Hard 8.  The bike looks great as it is.
