Matty, I saw a crashed but repairable 695 at this place a while ago:

It was a statuary write off, and hence could not be registered. Damage was minimal, and the write-off of the frame was done by mistake by the RTA (who never admit they are wrong...). Its gone now, but food for thought....ducsport
