Just a quick introduction.

I'm a Bay Area boy, born and raised.  I have been riding for about 11 years now and have had all sorts of bikes from a 1957 Triumph T110 chopper to Japanese sport bikes to a Confederate Hellcat.  My last bike was a 2006 Triumph Thruxton that was totaled when someone decided their cage needed to be where I was.

I now have a 2009 696.  I got it June 6 and just rolled over 4300 miles.  My last Ducati was a '95 900 SuperSport with all the upgrades that could have been done to it - from engine bore to 944 to carbs to Nichols lighter and sturdier everything to complete carbon bodywork (I was the third owner and all the work was done before I got it). 

I love my 696.  I love riding.  I hope I have some input to give.  I know I am going to have questions too.

I would love to meet up, but I'm stuck in school for the next 4 weeks 3 nights a week and then I am free from school forever.
