I know it's a Monster forum, but I am new to Ducati and purchased a Hypermotard today. I like the upright riding position.  Relatively new to motorcycling, about two years.  Started with an '05 Honda CRF450R for dirt, then went to street with a Honda 599 (5000 miles), followed by an '06 Honda Interceptor (7300 miles) and finally a Ducati.  Right now Hyper is my only bike. Located in Dallas, Texas. Really like the look of the new Monster, went on test ride on the Hyper and was hooked.
