Yes, I really hope we beat them next weekend!!!!  We'll see what happens.  At least the game is at OSU

bryant UT needs oklahoma to either win or couple that witha baylor win over tech. if tech and texas are tied tech goes to the championship game if there is a 3 way tie then it the highest ranked team.

 

Ok, the door is open. I know lots of you want to open that can of "NaNeNaNeBooBoo" on me. So quench your retaliation thirst. Being RED is a lonely place (sound of wind).

Tech has had a great year. No one can take away a 10-1 season so far. So they may not have the 10 winning seasons other Texas schools have had. Maybe they don't have as many Heismans. Maybe some don't like to let other teams win cuz it steals their pride. This season though all those items gave Tech fans everywhere something to get excited over. No one can take that away. So go ahead and unload here. I can take it.

Tech can't compete equally in the recruiting department with larger program schools who hire pro agents to recruit from HS teams statewide because it's such a lucrative market here it's tough to get talent to go to Lubbock. Texas, OU and A&M all have that kind of money to use and they use agents (who are not suppose to do this) to get those who want to play for one of the big 3.

I was at the game where Tech handled OSU like a dishrag. So if Tech did that I wouldn't get any hopes of OSU playing a different game against OU. OU will make OSU a RED-headed step child and spank em even harder guaranteed. Alabama will loose to Fla Saturday. OU and Texas will win and I predict that OU will play Fla. for the national championship with Fla. winning that game.

Scott, it's only the national game of Texas. 

Baylor is not going to beat Tech. 

Any OU/OSU game is a toss up. And do not forget that OSU was DAMN close to beating Texas. That was only a 4 point game. Texas/OU was a 10 point game. OSU had an off week when they played Tech. Don't rule them out against OU.

Or make a tackle in the  backfield! Defense let us down. OSU plays everybody in the Big 12 tough no doubt. They just don't have the hard offense it's going to need to break through that front line. Just saying. 

Ask any OU fan about losing to OSU. OSU likes to kill their title hopes.

Please, don't get me wrong here. I'm all for OSU in this game. I want to see OU dumped on it's arse so bad right now. That would make Tech's march to the Big 12 title that much easier. So GO COWBOYS!

It was funny to be in a very over crowded Chile's Bar across the street from Jones Stadium the afternoon of the Tech/OSU game and the bantering back and forth between the fans of both sides. Everyone was drinking and laughing and watching Alabama get luckey against  LSU. Fun time.

Though, just to clarify...

I'm not saying that OSU will win (covering my ass here  )
