finally got out of the house today for a ride , learnt 4  things today, snakes are slippery , tom tits hurt when they hit you , and how get rid of the micherlin  man of my tyres and the new canon g10 is awsome

been raining most of the day but prized it away from the boss long enough to have a little play , first impression for a compact its solid big enough to to hold but small enough to put in my jacket pocket , lens range is perfect with true wide angle and macro and zoom is still good but not as strong zoom as the g9, photos are crisp right out to the edges , plenty of options if you like playing around  sepia and colours , full control in manual which i liked and as a point and shoot in auto mode great photos but heaps of options if you want to get creative will post some pix shortly cheers bazz        heres some photos the wifie took today
