They were thinking 1 of the following:

1. "make the beast with two backs! What the hell were we thinking?!"

2. "make the beast with two backs it's COLD!"

thats why I am wondering why I left Texas. I have the Monster up on stands until about April I figure. Took the battery out and put a cover on her. I am going to be down in Wimberley this weekend for Turkey Day- so if any of you happen to roll through Woodcreek- make it loud.

Yeah, but I haven't found a single cockroach in the microwave since I moved from Galveston to New Hampshire. It doesn't quite make up for having the bike huddled in the barn from November to May, but it's something.

I asked for my money back at Harlon's bbq in teh airport yesterday when I saw roaches crawling on the wall in the kitchen. eww.

I miss riding those roads. Going down RR12 was the bomb. Too bad I was in a minivan.

Anyone know what track is about 10-20 miles north of the airport? I saw one as we were flying in. Tight track and looked like it would be alot of fun. Mileage range is an estimate since I was in a plane.

It was probably this place...  http://www.drivewayaustin.com/main/  Paul showed it to me on the way back from one of our rides.  We got a tour of the track and it would be a blast to ride on.  However it's only used for teaching and the  [leo] and feds use it too.  No bikes or trackdays.  Although I'm not sure I would want to ride on it because the run off is sketchy.

yep it's the driveway, I've raced out there (on my bicycle!) and used to hang out weekly taking pictures..................you can always see the airplanes coming in on their final approach from out there

my fav shots (not exactly knee dragging but damn good considering how skinny those tires are!)
