Well, we took a ride today and noticed that the sign was gone....yes, gone. All of our hard work, passion, and risk down the drain. I'm not sure if the sign died of natural causes, or if it was taken down by some county type, but that corner is once again dangerous. Alfonso almost crashed my Monster there today.

So I ask the MOB: are you up for another guerrilla signage project? Shall we once again try to slow people down as they approach the most heinous corner in norther CA? This time, I say we buy a proper road sign and anchor it in cement with a steel pole!

We made it! You guys donated enough to get a new sign, pole, and cement. Good work!

For those of us who don't know exactly where you are talking about...can you do a Google map?
I ride up there almost every weekend...curious as to where this may be.

That's what was there before. I'm thinking that a metal pole would be harder to cut down.

Exactly what I was thinking. We'd need to get a few people to pitch in. We tried that last time, but few people contributed...so we rolled our own

Someone tried taking it up with the county last time, and apparently ran into a load of flak.

Perhaps a Guerilla Marketing sign...
