Ok, I like the rest of you responsibly married or soon to be or even those wanna bees, this is the thread for discussion of KP duty. That's Kitchen Points, not Kitchen Police. We work for the second KP.

Examples of KPs are as follows:

All things I have done in the last week for KP awards...

Installed a new electronic front touch pad panel and circuit board on our gourmet kitchen over-priced oven that my teenage son thought HE would fix last summer and didn't.

Got big wampum points yesterday by going through all my stored gimme hats, '80's era t-shirts, '60s/'70s/'80s/'90s 12" albumns (approx. 450!), boxes of crap that had accumulated over the years and were all holding my master suite sauna captive.

Up next are replacing an old water heater with a tankless one. Replacing some windows in the house before winter fully arrives. Finishing up remodeling projects started years ago and so forth.

I think you get the idea...Discuss amongst yaa selvesh now....GO!...discuss!

Sending your wife to MotoLiberty with a credit card and calling to tell them to take care of her does not count for KP's.  I'm just saying.......dont buy love, show it  [thumbsup]

I spend 'em so quickly, I can't keep track of how I actually earned 'em.  [laugh]

Actually, I think my wife is a saint for putting up with my cr@p....  [thumbsup]

Don't get me started! I will never set foot inside Moto Liberty ever again....until they clean the bathroom. It stunk the last time I was in there. Something really foul stinking up the place.

no, seriously... i've stunk up the bathroom there several times.  no reason to hold that against them, though...

also...they're doing their midnight madness sale this saturday.  free BBQ...and a band.  just fyi...good times.

Cool, I need to get some riding pants for the wife, now that's she's agreed to assume the rear position.

I like the way you put that.

Kitchen Points are an ellusive thing. I have bought many points lately but don't seem to have any in the bank!  [laugh]

Today's KP duty included getting very early from a night of heavy bacon vodka tasting to clean up the whole kitchen and shine the fridge, dishwasher, oven top and front and the microwave! Spotless kitchen! Now let's see if it's noticed  [evil]

KP to follow: fixing things the burglers messed up, secureing the perimeter from future burgle attempts. Future DFWMers request.....a window installing party ...??!!  :-\

This is a great thread!  Weird how things work  ;)   But just to clarify, Kitchen Points are gender blind.  Points is points  [laugh]

Alan just happens to run at a constant deficit.

Haha!  It's O.K. - he told me to say that  [evil]

No, really.

you have it all wrong.  buy her a bike and regardless of whether she rides or not you can say there is no excuse!  [drink] [drink] [drink]
start early and do it often and soon it's simply a part of "you" she has to deal with  [laugh] [laugh] [laugh]

oh, how did you install that tankless heater?  maybe you deserve a trip to Frisco....I needs one.
