I'm replacing my water pump cover with a SpeedyMoto and have removed all the allen bolts from the cover.  According to the shop manual I have it doesn't indicate anything else. The cover however, wil not budge. I've even tried hitting it lightly with a plastic mallet with no luck.  The thing seems fused to the freakin' cases!  Any suggestions?  THanks!

It should come straight off, tap it all the way round.

The impellor under the cover is plastic.
The cover is doweled at the top and bottom, these would be the points to tap.
